William Miles

William started his first real career in 2003 as a HVAC technician. After working for other people for 6 years and in 4 different cities, William began to see the possibility and abundance the world offered.  After hearing a radio commercial on financial freedom, he knew that he was being called to new heights.  In November 2009 William went to a 2 hour seminar and signed up for a weekend course in Real Estate Investing and has not looked back since.  William and his partner joined OREIO at the organization’s first OREIO meeting of the New Year. He and his partner are building their portfolio, after just 3 months they now own 2 properties and enjoy the many networking and learning opportunities offered by OREIO.

William is 26 years old and now focuses solely on professional real estate investing. He has been an entrepreneur since the age of 9 when he started a lawn care company with his brother. William is a calculated risk taker, from putting offers on properties to jumping out of airplanes. By becoming Vice-President of OREIO, he hopes to take many learning experiences away as well as to bring an enthusiastic and forward thinking attitude to the organization.
