Heather Borquez
Heather Borquez is an experienced real estate investor having owned property in Ottawa since 1987. She became an active investor in income properties in 1996 and has never looked back. Today in her part time, Heather is President of BORCON Properties, which specializes in buy and hold income properties, property management and lease to own.
Heather is also President and CEO of the Canadian Lung Association and committed to issues of air quality and good respiratory health for all Canadians. She has worked and lived for 20 years, in Africa and Latin America working in international development assistance. She and her three (adult) children now live and work in Ottawa. Heather speaks Spanish, French and some Swahili and looks forward to contributing to the growth of OREIO through her participation as the Speaker Coordinator.
